Villa Cleon
Villa Cleon is three storey high. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen, living room with fireplace and indoor dining area for six guests. On the veranda is an exterior dining table that sits six. There is also a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor is the master bedroom with fireplace, walking closet, balcony with clothes rack, very large balcony with sofa and armchairs and a bathroom with a shower. On the second floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with no shower and a terrace. There is an additional bedroom with a single bed and a small terrace. Each floor is air conditioned.
Open spacious master bedroom with sea view, double bed with fine 100% egyptian cotton, two different types of pillows (one ergonomic one with goose feathers ), a/c, closet, balcony with a sofa and two armchairs etc.
Fully Equipped Kitchen with big fridge, oven, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster, tassimo coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine,filter coffee machine, aeroccino, blender, mixer, utensils, plates, pans, etc.
Spacious bathroom with shower, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer, clothes rack in the balcony, hand soap, fine towels made by 100% fine cotton, etc.
Additional bedroom with two single beds, fine linen made by 100% egyptian cotton, two different types of pillows (one ergonomic one with goose feathers ), a/c, drawer, ensuite w.c. (no shower), coat stand and a small terrace overlooking the sea.

Villa Cleon has a remarkable view to the sea, pool and the island of proti from each floor. On the ground floor, the outdoor dining table overlooks the garden, sea, pool and the proti island. Sea loungers offer you a relaxation time just outside your villa.
Our Balconies are large with a sofa and two armchairs overlooking the sea. Enjoy your drink and the sunset from our first floor. The master bedroom also has a sea view.
Family Oriented
Peaceful location, small unknown sandy inlet with very shallow waters (perfect for small children to play), playground with slide, seesaw, swingers, play table with sand and much more!
A fenced big garden, tables under the trees, no cars passing by, a fenced shallow water pool (depth 1,60 meters), sea side road (great for bikes), pharmacy nearby, local products, hospitals nearby. Great sandy organised beaches just a few kilometers away.
Great for groups of families also. Take advantage of our outdoor kitchen and bbq area and organise a family excursion.
